PAL Class 12 - NYC

I was selected to be a part of the American Farm Bureau's Partners in Advocacy and Leadership Class 12. This is a two year program that provides intense hands on training in media interviews, testifying, and advocating. This was our first module in New York City. As a group, we worked on media interviews with radio, television, and print. It wasn't all work though. We experienced New York City to its fullest. Scavenger hunts, talking with locals, eating so much great food, and learning the Subway system!
